Bill was born in Roanoke, VA.  However he spent most of his time in
Charleston, WV.  He now resides here in Charleston, SC area with his
lovely daughter Amy and son-in-law along with his beautiful granddaughter

Bill has a wonderful voice and is a very sensitive and wonderful individual.
Those who are fortunate enough to be associated with Bill, love him for his
honesty, sincerity and his willingness to lend a helping hand to those in need.
 

Bill was influences early in life by his mom and dad.  He enjoys singing and working with
